Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks a board-certified Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT team. You will provide full-spectrum ENT care and collaborate with four ENT physicians, NPs, audiologists, and allergy staff to serve a large patient population.

Responsibilities include managing diverse ENT cases, including thyroid/parathyroid and head & neck oncology, with scribes to streamline post-clinic notes.

Qualifications

to join a well-established team within a leading healthcare system.

Responsibilities include:

providing full-spectrum ENT care, collaborating with a team of 4 ENT physicians, 2 NPs, audiologists, and allergy staff, and serving a large patient population.

Key duties:

managing diverse ENT cases including thyroid/parathyroid and head & neck oncology, with support from scribes to eliminate post-clinic notes.

Qualifications & Skills:

board certification in Otolaryngology, excellent clinical and communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• guaranteed base salary exceeding $600,000, up to $42,000/year in student loan repayment, sign-on bonus or residency stipend, relocation assistance, 25 PTO days, CME stipend, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice, health, dental, and retirement plans.

Work Environment:

three nights/month call at a single hospital, a supportive team, and modern facilities.
