NP Now, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our Findlay, Ohio practice. The role includes five clinic days weekly, surgeries in three ORs, and primary hospital call coverage.

Offering a base salary of $515,000–$650,000 with wRVU bonus, signing bonus, loan assistance with PSLF eligibility, relocation support, CME stipend, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician.
• Valid medical license in Ohio.
• Willingness to develop a full-service ENT practice.

Job Overview

Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician – Findlay, Ohio
Location: Findlay, OH (40 minutes from Toledo and 1.5 hours south of Detroit)

Responsibilities

• Practice clinic, five days per week with flexible scheduling (typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR)
• Provide comprehensive ENT care with an average of 25‑30 patients per day
• Perform surgeries in three operating rooms – Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and the Findlay Surgery Center
• Take primary hospital call (24‑hour in‑house hospitalist service) and provide backup call as needed
• Utilize advanced equipment, including four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, audiology, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in mentorship; provide and receive educational opportunities within the practice

Qualifications

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT)
• Valid medical license in the State of Ohio
• Experience in or willingness to develop full‑service ENT practice

Compensation

• Base salary: $515,000.00 – $650,000.00 (dependent on experience)
• Continued base salary beyond initial contract term
• Word‑volume bonus (wRVU)
• Signing bonus
• Loan assistance, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligibility
