Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a physician-led private practice in Southern Oregon. You will work with 3 Otolaryngologists, 4 APPs, 2 AuDs, and 2 HIS, treating both adult and pediatric ENT patients in a full-spectrum role.

The position offers a 1-year partnership track, a 4-day work week, 1-2 blocked OR days per week, and a compensation package of $500,000–$550,000 in year 1 with production bonuses.
