Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans involving antihistamines, decongestants, and a steroid nasal spray.
• Advise patients on allergen avoidance strategies for environmental triggers like pollen, mold, dust mites, and pet dander.
• Perform procedures such as balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, or septoplasty to improve breathing and sinus drainage when medications fail.
• Schedule: 4x10 day shift, split between clinic and OR; selective call available.
