Job summary

Country Pure Foods is seeking a Retail Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end product flow from manufacturing to customers and major distributors. You will ensure OTIF, maintain inventory health, and partner with Sales to optimize performance with UNFI, KeHE, RJW, Tree of Life, and others.

The role requires collaboration with 3PLs, warehouses, and suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve delays, while driving cost-effective logistics improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail logistics, CPG supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor network relationships with UNFI, KeHE, RJW, Tree of Life, and others.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and OTIF metrics with distributors.
• Oversee inventory levels, allocation, and demand planning.
• Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, and promotional activity.
