Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide infusion therapy in an outpatient setting in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee on-site and telehealth supervision, administer infusions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

You will perform patient assessments, document SOAP notes, educate patients and families about treatments, and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance while improving workflow and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active and Unrestricted NP license and RN license (if required by the state).
• Board certification required (AANP or ANCC).
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Ability to treat adults and pediatrics (FNP preferred).
• Strong IV/Infusion therapy skills and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and virtual supervision during infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and possible side effects.
• Ensure compliance and quality with EHR documentation and HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Optimize clinical workflows and chart preparation to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to improve care coordination.
• Support operations and training, including prior authorizations and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibility to work at multiple facilities within the market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational goals.
