Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will support program development, client care, and collaboration with facility staff while maintaining compliance and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an ACOTE-accredited OTA program credential and a valid OTA license, with commitment to ongoing professional growth and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have ACOTE-accredited OTA program
• Must possess valid OTA state license
• Understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Supervise Rehab Technicians as needed and assist with program development and case management.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols and ensure accurate documentation and billing practices.
