Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will foster positive relationships with patients and facility staff while delivering treatments aligned with care plans and adherence to Reliant Rehabilitation standards.

You will support ongoing therapy, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and help ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations,

Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under supervision of licensed OT.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff.
• Deliver treatment aligned with established plans of care and facility protocols.
• Supervise Rehab Technicians when needed and assist in case management.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state/federal regulations.
• Deliver care that supports treatment goals and meaningful outcomes.
