Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Support patients under the direction of a licensed OT to improve function and independence.
• Contribute to the development and success of the OTA program.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to strengthen professional and leadership skills through education and practice.
• Maintain a valid state OTA license and stay informed on OT developments.
• Apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery within clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and yields meaningful outcomes.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
• Communicate effectively in English for documentation and teamwork.
