Evolve Therapy Services seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in North Platte, NE. This full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling with a $5k sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include screening residents, implementing treatment plans, communicating results to the care team, and ensuring CMS-compliant documentation. Active OTA licensure is required.

Qualificações

• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention or treatment.
• Implement treatment plans and follow goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluations and recommendations to residents and families.
• Establish therapy schedules with team members.
• Perform therapy per plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Carry out additional duties as needed to treat patients.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
