Job summary

Westgate Health & Rehab in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide treatment services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and to help implement individualized treatment plans. You will document patient progress in the medical record and communicate with the supervising OT.

Required qualifications include an Associate degree, state licensure, and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Westgate Health & Rehab is looking to hire an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to perform treatment skills within the scope of the COTA’s education in order to carry out treatment plans as specified by the Occupational Therapist.Communicates with the Occupational Therapist regarding the patient’s condition and progress, and documents regarding the patient’s treatment in the medical record.
