Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment activities under supervision of therapists.
• Record patient progress as requested by therapists.
• Maintain professional communication with patients and team.
• Report safety concerns to management immediately.
• Keep treatment areas organized and clean.
• Accompany patients on community outings as needed.
• Drive the van for patient outings as needed.
• Adhere to privacy and company ethics programs.
