Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Richmond is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who is a licensed clinician and a hands-on care provider. You will lead a therapy team while continuing direct patient care, ensuring clinical excellence and mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities include supervising therapists and technicians, delivering skilled therapies, and coordinating team tasks to meet business goals. A strong leadership background and current PT/OT/SLP licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
