Job summary

The Springs of Jonesboro, a leading Skilled Nursing Facility, invites a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team in Jonesboro, Arkansas. You will design personalized therapy plans to promote independence, mobility, and well-being while collaborating with an interdisciplinary group to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

With a strong focus on compassionate service, you will conduct assessments, implement therapeutic modalities, and contribute to comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Arkansas OT licensure required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet residents' needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and barriers to care.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Utilize cognitive, physical, and sensory-based interventions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and meetings to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and treatment plans.
