Job summary

Seranbio is seeking an Operational Technologies Specialist to manage, maintain, and deploy laboratory and manufacturing systems across GMP-regulated and development environments. The role partners with IT, QA, laboratory staff and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that enhance productivity, quality, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

The candidate will support CDS/LIMS/ELN systems, oversee vendor coordination, ensure security and cGMP alignment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Informatics, Chemistry or related field preferred.
• Combination of equivalent certification and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provide end user support for OT systems and equipment.
• Act as primary liaison between users, IT, and vendors.
• Support lifecycle management of lab and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs to improve, develop and test applications.
• Identify enhancements to existing systems and processes.
• Draft SOPs and support QA/documentation activities.
• Manage backups and ensure data security and integrity.
• Support commissioning and qualification aligned with cGMP.
• Interact with inspectors as needed.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers.
