Job summary

Entergy Corporation is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern Student for the OIT - RTS - Nuclear team. The role focuses on supporting Operational Technology systems at the nuclear facility, ensuring availability for end users, and contributing to planning, design, and testing of new applications and enhancements.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in OT systems, IT operations, and cybersecurity/compliance initiatives while working onsite in Port Gibson, MS.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
• GPA 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the IT Department as needed.
• Help with the support and testing of OT systems while ensuring compliance with Engineering, Cyber Security, and Software Quality Assurance processes.
• Help and Support OIT Cyber Security and Software Quality Assurance compliance initiatives.
