Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern Student in the OIT RTS Nuclear group to gain hands-on experience with Operational Technology systems. The role focuses on ensuring OT system availability for end users, while contributing to the planning, design, development, and testing of new applications and enhancements.

The internship requires pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in a technical field, with a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Networking (Cisco), C programming, and software development process.
• Familiarity with UNIX, Linux, VMS, or Windows Server (desired).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the IT Department as needed.
• Help with the support and testing of OT systems while ensuring compliance with Engineering, Cyber Security, and Software Quality Assurance processes.
• Help and Support OIT Cyber Security and Software Quality Assurance compliance initiatives.

Job Summary/Purpose
