Jacobs is seeking Information Technology professionals to support OT/IT services for our West region facilities, enabling safe, reliable water treatment operations.

As an OT Technician you will install and maintain desktop PCs, servers, industrial network gear, and embedded systems, travel 33-50% across the US West region, and collaborate with regional maintenance to deliver secure technology.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in medium business, municipal, or enterprise IT.
• Strong foundation in cyber security & networking across multiple platforms.
• Willingness to travel 33–50% within the US West region.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to facilities throughout the region (33-50%).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, servers, managed switches, firewall appliances, network cameras, wireless access points, and other industrial hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain PC/Server/Embedded operating systems and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware issues.
