Job summary

Jacobs is seeking Information Technology professionals to support OT/IT services for OMFS facilities in the West region. You will enable our regional Operational Technology team to deliver secure, resilient IT/OT solutions supporting daily water treatment operations across facilities.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with hardware, networks, AD, and cyber security assessments, and are eager to develop skills in SCADA, HMI, and PLC domains within a collaborative, safety‑driven

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with computer hardware, networking equipment, and AD management.
• Knowledge of cyber security assessment and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities throughout the region (33–50%).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, servers, switches, firewalls, cameras, Wi‑Fi, and industrial equipment.
• Maintain PC/server/embedded OS and software; troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
