Jacobs is seeking an Information Technology professional to support OT facilities in the West region. You will help the Operational Technology team deliver reliable OT/IT services for critical water treatment operations and protect water resources.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT, strong problem-solving and customer service skills, and experience with hardware, networking, AD, and cyber security assessment. Travel 33–50% and hybrid work are expected.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in medium business, municipal, or enterprise IT.
• Experience with computer hardware, networking equipment, and cyber security assessment.
• Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, PLC and industrial cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Traveling to facilities throughout the region (33-50%).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, servers, switches, firewalls, cameras, APs, and industrial hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain PC/server/embedded OS and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware issues.
