Qualifications

• Understanding of industrial control technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and administration for plant OT systems.
• Maintain servers, operating systems, security tools.
• Monitor and manage system Active Directories.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with other technical teams.

Skills

Strong understanding of OT systems, architectures, and industrial control technologies (SCADA, PLC, DCS)

Experience supporting critical infrastructure systems

Familiarity with GMP standards

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Excellent documentation skills

Excellent organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
