Job summary

Kinross Gold Corporation seeks an Operations Technology (OT) Supervisor to oversee maintenance, reliability, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement of site OT systems across mine operations in Washington State.

You will lead OT projects, supervise technicians, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and vendors to ensure safe, reliable operation of control systems and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years in OT, automation, electrical or mining environments.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong OT systems knowledge: PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, networks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OT system operation, maintenance and support.
• Lead OT projects: install, configure, commission, upgrade.
• Maintain cybersecurity and reliability of OT systems.
• Mentor team members and coordinate contractors.
• Interpret electrical drawings and network diagrams.
• Document CMMS work orders and changes.
