Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional OT security programs for industrial site assets across global data centers. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and clearly communicate with stakeholders and executives.

The role focuses on information security for industrial equipment, cross‑site execution, and driving improvements across DC Central Operations, collaborating with Global Server Operations, Supply Chain, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leading cyber security or technical programs.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in an operational control room or plant environment.
• Cybersecurity initiatives, threat assessments, or incident response in ICS/OT.
• Data analytics, SQL, dashboards, or status reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own information security programs for industrial equipment and facility assets within LATAM, while leading one or more OT security workstreams globally.
• Develop and drive program implementation, long-term strategy, cross-site execution, and resource prioritization for information security efforts across Google’s Data Centers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define/measure security postures and drive continuous improvements.
• Guide and optimize OT security programs to drive consistency and efficiency across multiple teams.
• Leverage control system insights to inform stakeholders across DC Central Operations and related teams.
