Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data Center Physical Infrastructure Controls Security (PhysICS) and OT Health. You will lead strategic programs ensuring power and cooling reliability 24x7, while guiding a globally distributed team of TPMs and engineers.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps to reduce cybersecurity risk in OT and ICS environments, and coordinating with CSRM, OTS, CCSE, and local site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
• Experience in risk management and OT cybersecurity.
• Experience automating legacy workflows and migrating legacy systems onto centrally managed virtualization platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering Management, or MBA preferred.
• Certifications in CSSA, GICSP, GRID, CISSP, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for OT Health and PhysICS security hygiene.
• Manage, coach, and scale a globally distributed team.
• Oversee deployment, sustainment, and lifecycle of security boundaries for ICN networks.
• Direct programs auditing and monitoring data center OT equipment configurations and asset inventory.
• Bridge communication between security and design teams and operations stakeholders.
