Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Analyst to secure manufacturing technologies across our plants and distribution operations. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, and InfoSec to protect industrial control systems and manufacturing networks.

The role requires knowledge of OT security controls, risk assessment, and collaboration across engineering and operations teams. A strong background in cybersecurity within manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Automation, CS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across Engineering, Operations, and IT teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and respond to cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents in OT environments.
• Administer and support OT security monitoring platforms, including IDS and asset visibility solutions.
• Investigate cybersecurity events, conduct root cause analysis, coordinate remediation with plant teams.
• Support incident response involving manufacturing systems and connected assets.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments, network reviews, vulnerability analyses across facilities.
• Assist with audits, compliance, and cybersecurity reporting.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Automation, and IT to integrate cybersecurity into manufacturing tech.
• Support secure design and deployment of industrial networks, remote access, firewalls, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with automation vendors and system integrators to embed cybersecurity requirements.
