Pro Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join the Maple Lawn Senior Care team in Fulda, MN. New grads welcome. Earn $45-$55 per hour, with a $7,500 bonus paid over 18 months and tuition reimbursement.

This full-time, benefits-eligible position features a flexible start/end time and a rural setting designed for building a full caseload quickly. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic activities, family education, progress monitoring, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Must possess a current MN OTR license.
• Knowledge of state, federal and local long-term care regulations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine needs affecting daily activities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve independence.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve motor skills and coordination.
• Educate patients and families on coping strategies and home modifications.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care, in Fulda, MN! Maple Lawn Senior Care is in a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly.

We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a $7,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with a flexible start and end time

Wage Range: $45 - $55 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $7,500

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

• Assess & Evaluate Patients: Conduct evaluations to understand patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs affecting daily activities
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized intervention programs to improve independence in daily tasks and work-related functions
• Provide Therapeutic Activities: Guide patients through exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training to enhance motor skills and coordination
• Educate & Support Patients & Families: Provide patient and caregiver education such as but not limited to: coping strategies, home modifications, and techniques to improve quality of life and independence
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify treatment approaches as needed
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, physical therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current Accredited MN Occupational Therapy (OTR) License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
