PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Beaufort, NC, with options for Full Time, Part Time, or PRN. The position offers compensation up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location, along with a $10,000 stay-and-earn sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Develop treatment plans that enhance independence and functional performance.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Address cognitive, physical, and sensory limitations impacting daily function.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on functional strategies for success.
