PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Beaufort, NC to help patients regain independence and maximize daily living skills. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available in a collaborative clinical setting.

This role offers up to $130,000 annually, a $10,000 stay-and-earn sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a leading post-acute care provider.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in state of practice.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, home health or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Evaluate patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Develop treatment plans that enhance independence and functional performance.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Address cognitive, physical, and sensory limitations impacting daily function.
