Job summary

Vibra Healthcare seeks a Therapy Manager at Ballard Rehab Hospital in San Bernardino, CA. You will oversee inpatient and outpatient therapy programs, coordinate care across PT, OT, and SLP, and lead staff development within a fast-paced rehab setting.

Ideal candidates hold a current license in PT/OT/SLP, BLS certification, and 3+ years of management experience. Strong regulatory knowledge and organizational skills are required to drive quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate inpatient and outpatient therapy program development and staff development.
• Ensure delivery of patient care in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy; monitor quality and compliance.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement; manage departmental goals and planning.

Ballard Rehab Hospital, located in San Bernardino, CA is a 60 bed rehab facility providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. Responsibilities

Accountable for planning, management, and coordination of inpatient and outpatient therapy program development, therapy care delivery, and staff developmental activities in accordance with company philosophy and departmental goals. Responsibilities are to address the accountability for delivery of patient care in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy; maintenance of Therapy integrity; effective interdisciplinary collaboration for clinical program planning, implementation and evaluation; facilitating development and professional growth; demonstration of a competent model of continuous quality improvement; and fulfilling responsibility for departmental planning and accomplishment of goals and objectives.

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Master’s and/or Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions. Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
