What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, monitor, and deliver medium to large/complex Operational Technology (OT) projects from initiation through completion
- Secure necessary resources and manage budgets, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to specifications and budgets
- Drive the collection and prioritization of operational requirements, supporting business case creation
- Manage the technical implementation of solutions, ensuring security, reliability, and quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a track record of delivering OT projects in a global matrix organization
- Domain experience in logistics, digital supply chains, manufacturing, and Industry 4.0
- Strong ability to analyze problems, process complex data, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience with key financial project KPIs, RFPs/RFIs, and business case calculations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Excellent presentation and C-level communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience with OT project lifecycles including design, build, test, commissioning, and handover
- PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification
- Working experience in the chemicals industry
