The OT Project Manager role is preferred from Tempe, AZ; Dallas, TX; Allentown, PA, or can be remote with flexible arrangements. Domestic travel of up to 15% is required during peak project phases.
You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and delivering global medium to large/complex OT projects and programs from initiation to completion. This includes resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and leading international teams in a matrix environment to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery according to specifications. You will collaborate with the business to gather operational requirements, support business case development, and translate operational needs into technical specifications, advising on suitable solutions. You will also oversee technical implementation, ensuring security, reliability, and quality, with a smooth handover to operations.
Pay range: $114,000 – $171,000. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and potential incentive bonuses. Our range is based on industry data and factors like location and experience.
