Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants in Quincy, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position to provide individualized therapy that helps residents regain functional skills and participate more fully in daily activities.

You will conduct thorough evaluations, develop plans of care, and address daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance within a collaborative rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

$50–$55/hour | PRN

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position in Quincy, MA. Provide individualized occupational therapy services designed to help residents regain functional skills, participate more fully in daily activities, and work toward greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment addressing daily living skills, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
• Develop appropriate therapy goals and track resident progress
