Job summary

Regency Hospital - Florence is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our critical illness recovery team in Florence, SC. This on-site role offers 8-hour day shifts with compensation ranging from $30 to $52 per hour based on experience, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, supervising OTAs and OT/COTA students, conducting patient therapy regimens, monitoring responses, and participating in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services
