CSL Behring is seeking an Automation Supplier Execution Lead to establish and govern the local technical framework for external partners delivering OT services across GxP manufacturing systems at the Kankakee site. The role aligns with global governance, manages master service and maintenance agreements, and drives lifecycle and performance for PCS, MES, OSI PI, LIMS and related platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, CS or equivalent.
• 10+ years work experience in execution systems, OT, IT and operations.
• Experience in process automation, MES and ISA S88/S95.
• Experience designing and deploying automation in regulated biopharma manufacturing.
• Cross-country collaboration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Govern local OT partner governance and shared service model.
• Monitor global OT service catalog, SLAs, KPIs and RACI.
• Own and maintain local MSAs, quality plans, and contracts.
• Oversee partner project delivery quality for OT projects.
• Align partner agreements with platform lifecycles for PCS, MES, OSI PI, LIMS.
• Lead performance reviews and manage escalation for contracts.
