Job summary

EY is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, and stabilization of OT environments. You will coordinate across teams to ensure assets, monitoring, and documentation are complete and auditable.

This role emphasizes collaboration and hands-on deliverables rather than pure project management. The position requires strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with experience in OT, cybersecurity, and platform integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, operational technology, platform integration, operations readiness, or technical delivery roles.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition, post-implementation stabilization, compliance readiness, or operations enablement activities.
• Working knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity, monitoring platforms, or industrial systems.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across operations, architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate that OT environments are operable and ready after implementation or transition activities.
• Track and coordinate closure of readiness findings, gaps, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with operations to align assets, platforms, monitoring, and documentation with the operating model.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, architecture, operations, vendors, and sites to obtain missing information for reviews or acceptance.
• Coordinate readiness activities, evidence collection, and risk/remediation tracking to closure.
• Assist with monitoring readiness, dashboards, asset visibility, and escalation expectations.
• Coordinate runbooks, support notes, asset records, and diagrams to ensure up-to-date documentation.
• Escalate high-impact readiness risks and document remediation decisions.
• Support lessons-learned activities to improve readiness and supportability practices.
