Job summary

EY is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, control and evidence follow‑through, platform onboarding validation, and stabilization activities for OT environments.

The role serves as an operations-facing integration resource ensuring OT assets, platforms, monitoring, documentation, support records, risk items, and readiness activities are identified, tracked, coordinated, and completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, operational technology, platform integration, operations readiness, or technical delivery roles.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition, post-implementation stabilization, compliance readiness, or operations enablement activities.
• Working knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity, monitoring platforms, or industrial systems.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across operations, architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate OT environments are operationally ready after implementation or transition activities.
• Track and coordinate closure of readiness findings, gaps, open items, and dependencies.
• Assist operations with aligning transitioned assets, platforms, monitoring, documentation, and support records with the operating model.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, architecture, operations, site, and vendor teams for remediation or clarification.
• Assist with collecting, organizing, validating, and maintaining control evidence and readiness artifacts.
• Support closure of control validation items, remediation actions, exception documentation, and operational readiness gaps.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, architecture, operations, and site stakeholders to obtain missing information for control reviews.
• Validate OT assets, site infrastructure, and security components are represented in monitoring and support workflows.
• Support alerting, platform health, asset visibility, telemetry, and operational monitoring.
• Coordinate with platform owners to close monitoring gaps and ensure escalation expectations are documented.
• Coordinate completion and validation of runbooks, support notes, asset records, diagrams, connectivity information, and operational support instructions.
• Identify documentation gaps affecting supportability or audit readiness.
• Reconcile as-built information with operational records in repositories.
• Ensure documentation updates are reflected in the correct systems.
• Support tracking of risks, exceptions, remediation actions, and operational defects.
• Coordinate input from architecture, cybersecurity, delivery, site, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved high-impact risks.
• Document and trace risk and remediation decisions.
• Help operations teams understand support requirements, escalation paths, known issues, and operational considerations for OT environments.
• Validate information needed to triage incidents, manage changes, and support monitoring or platform issues.
• Support development of runbooks and repeatable support patterns.
• Participate in lessons‑learned activities to improve readiness.
