Job summary

EY seeks a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, control/evidence follow-through, documentation completion, and platform onboarding validation for OT environments.

The role provides an operations-facing integration resource to ensure OT assets, platforms, monitoring, and support records are identified, tracked and completed across architecture, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, cybersecurity, engineering or CS.
• 6+ years in infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, OT, or platform delivery.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, service transition, or post-implementation stabilization.
• Knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, firewalls, secure connectivity, or industrial systems.
• Ability to coordinate work across operations, architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate OT environments are operationally ready after implementation or transition.
• Track closure of readiness findings, gaps, open items and dependencies.
• Assist operations with aligning assets, platforms, monitoring, and support records with the operating model.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams for post-transition needs.
• Collect, organize and maintain control evidence and readiness artifacts.
• Support closure of validation items, remediation actions, and exception documentation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, architecture, operations and site stakeholders to obtain missing information for reviews.
• Verify monitoring readiness and ensure documented escalation expectations for support teams.
• Coordinate runbooks, diagrams, asset records and operational documentation updates.
• Track risks, exceptions, remediation actions, and operational defects.
