Job summary

CSL Behring, a global biotherapeutics leader, seeks a Site Automation Head to govern partnerships, oversee shared services, and ensure lifecycle alignment for OT platforms in a regulated manufacturing setting.

The role requires extensive experience in execution systems, MES, ISA standards, and strong project management across international teams, with a focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ work experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in execution systems, OT and IT in operations.
• Experience in process automation, MES and ISA S88/S95 standards.
• Direct experience designing, building, deploying and supporting automation and execution systems (SCADA, DCS, MES, PAT, LIMS, OSI PI) in regulated large-scale manufacturing.
• Experience writing, executing, and monitoring automation contract deliverables.
• Ability to work across a range of countries and cultures.
• Strong project management skills in biopharma engineering projects.
• Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• 1) Local OT Partner Governance & Shared Service Model: define roles/interfaces and monitor governance activities.
• 2) Enterprise Services & Shared Services Structure: track SLAs/KPIs and ensure cost-effective services.
• 3) Contracting, MSAs & Project Templates: maintain local master agreements and templates.
• 4) Partner Project Delivery Management: oversee partner project quality and handover to operations.
• 5) Platform Lifecycle & Enterprise Alignment: align partner agreements with platform roadmaps and lifecycle activities.
• 6) Performance Management & Strategic Relationship Leadership: lead reviews and manage escalations with partners.
