You will set patient-centered goals and document progress thoroughly. The role requires collaboration with the care team, mentoring new staff, ensuring safety, accurate billing documentation, and adherence to privacy and standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical OT experience required.
• Hospital or rehabilitation facility experience preferred.
• OT license in the state of employment and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver safe, effective therapy and patient education with proper documentation.
• Reassess progress, update plans, and communicate with care team.
• Mentor new staff and OT students; ensure privacy and compliance.
