AdvantageCare Rehabilitation, INC. seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA. We welcome both experienced OTs and new graduates to join our rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact on adults and geriatric patients.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania OT license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound clinical judgment and patient-first approach.
• Ability to collaborate with COTAs and interdisciplinary team.
• Experience for both seasoned OTs and new graduates is encouraged.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care and functional goals.
• Address ADLs including dressing, bathing, grooming and self-care.
• Improve upper-extremity strength, coordination and ROM.
• Address balance, endurance and functional mobility.
• Provide therapeutic exercise and functional activities.
• Evaluate and train patients in adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers.
• Supervise and collaborate with COTAs.
• Collaborate with PT/SLP, nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; complete documentation.
