Occupational Therapy staff members assist with ensuring the health and well-being of residents by providing comprehensive, quality therapy services. This position is responsible for administering skilled occupational therapy treatments while ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Elderwood at North Creek is an 82‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in a scenic, woodland setting near the Hudson River in the North Country. The facility provides a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, long‑term care, subacute rehabilitation, and specialized therapy services. Our interdisciplinary team delivers personalized care in a warm, community‑focused environment.
