Trinity Rehab, LLC in the Raleigh, NC area is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community. You will work with an established clinical team in a supportive, patient-focused environment and help residents regain mobility and quality of life.

This role offers a large, well-equipped rehabilitation gym and a newly renovated Skilled Nursing Unit, with flexible scheduling (PRN) and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• NC OT license required.

• Evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy services to support recovery, mobility and quality of life.
