Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team in Reynoldsburg, OH. This part-time, flexible role supports residents’ independence with compassionate, patient-centered care within our senior living communities.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited OT degree and Ohio licensure, with 3–5 years of experience preferred. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. We offer competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Ohio OT license.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress
• Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress
• Testing and evaluating residents’ physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents
• Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps
