Job summary

Monterey One Water is seeking an experienced Network Analyst to maintain OT network infrastructure, security, and related systems. You will manage virtual server infrastructure, VPNs, video surveillance, firewalls, and endpoint protection while collaborating with the SCADA team to resolve OT issues.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under general supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Four years of professional networking or system administration experience.
• Knowledge of OT networks, security, and Windows/AD environments.
• Desirable CCNA or Fortinet certification.
• Ability to pass agency safety and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network activity and identify performance or availability issues.
• Implement network hardening techniques and manage infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot OT networks, routers, switches, and wireless equipment.
• Develop SOPs for network processes and provide vendor liaison.
• Collaborate with SCADA Analyst and contractors to resolve OT issues.
