Job summary

Inframark is seeking an OT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, administer, and secure OT infrastructure for water and critical utilities. You will work with project teams, field personnel, and cybersecurity resources to ensure reliable OT systems including Windows servers, virtualization, networking, and secure remote access.

Responsibilities cover configuring AD/DNS/DHCP, managing virtualization platforms, implementing firewall and remote access solutions, and supporting SCADA/HMI/PLC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in IT/OT or utility environments.
• Experience deploying and supporting server, workstation, network, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with customer-facing projects and field deployments.
• Water, wastewater, or critical infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and secure Windows Server and Workstation OSes in OT environments.
• Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Install and support virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Design and support industrial network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall policies, VPNs, wireless, cellular).
• Design and support secure remote access (IPsec VPN, BeyondTrust).
• Support SCADA, HMI, PLC, telemetry, and OT communications.
• Develop network diagrams, configuration standards, and support procedures.
• Implement cybersecurity controls including hardening, vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and secure remote access.
• Provide remote/on-site support for OT environments and participate in startup/maintenance activities.
