Job summary

Proksi Systems is seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Network Administrator to support NAVFAC Marianas on Naval Base Guam (Onsite). This role requires active Top Secret security clearance and hands-on management of FRCS/ICS/BMS/SCADA networks.

You will configure industrial networking gear, enforce secure IT/OT segmentation, and collaborate with cybersecurity personnel and vendors to keep Navy facilities secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (Tier 5) clearance or Interim T5 eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years of advanced network administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting OT/ICS/SCADA/BMS/FRCS.
• Experience with BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, DNP3 or similar.
• Experience implementing network segmentation and OT cybersecurity best practices.
• Working knowledge of RMF, STIGs, NIST SP 800-82, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain OT/ICS/BMS networks.
• Configure Cisco Ethernet, Palo Alto firewalls, Data Diodes, Stratix and other industrial networking gear.
• Implement secure IT/OT segmentation using the Purdue Model.
• Manage firewall policies, ports, protocols, and OT boundary protection.
• Troubleshoot OT network outages and protocol communications (Tier III).
• Analyze network traffic with Wireshark and similar tools.
• Support RMF activities, vulnerability remediation, and STIG implementation.
