Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain OT/MES schedules for API facility projects. The role requires coordinating with a scheduling team, managing LOE across expansions and a greenfield site, and ensuring integration with master project timelines.

Ideal candidates have deep Primavera P6 expertise, CPM/critical path skills, and experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in project scheduling.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6.
• Pharma or regulated manufacturing scheduling a must.
• Experience on large capital projects with multi-project P6 databases.
• Strong CPM and schedule analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OT/MES implementation schedules in Primavera P6 for API facility projects.
• Create WBS for automation, MES, networks, and process control systems.
• Maintain loose coupling between OT/MES schedules and master project schedules.
• Define interface points between OT/MES scope and other workstreams (construction, equipment, utilities, CQV).
• Coordinate with CQV schedulers to align validation and testing sequences.
• Integrate OT/MES activities into overall project timelines across multiple facilities.
