Qualifications
- Licensed OT in Wisconsin required.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire date required.
- Experience in outpatient rehab and lymphedema care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Empower Independence: evaluate and treat patients facing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges.
- Design Custom Care: craft and implement personalized plans of care with suitable modalities and frequencies.
- Innovate & Adapt: monitor progress and pivot treatment strategies to ensure best outcomes.
