Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technology Product Owner to join their team in Houston. This role offers a competitive compensation package and a chance to lead critical OT and Field Operations technologies.

You will own the health and roadmap of these systems, ensuring stability, security, and readiness to support business needs. You’ll be the go‑to partner for technology decisions across run, maintain, and project transitions into support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/OT technology experience.
• Hands-on PI and SCADA environments experience.
• Experience with IT network and field connectivity.
• Background supporting measurement systems like Highwire.
• Experience with custom-built OT applications.
• Strong vendor management and escalation experience.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and accruals.
• Ability to support technical requirements and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own Field Operations and OT technology products and services.
• Manage roadmaps, lifecycle plans, and support models.
• Oversee PI, historians, and related data platforms.
• Support field measurement tools and custom OT applications.
• Define network, integration, and data requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, and vendor costs.
• Track vendor performance, SLAs, renewals, and escalations.
• Support production stability, upgrades, and defect resolution.
• Approve technical readiness for project transitions.
• Partner across IT, OT, Security, and Operations teams.
