Job summary

APM Terminals Elizabeth is seeking an experienced OT Integration and Quality Manager to lead the integration, testing, validation, commissioning, and operational readiness of Operational Technology systems across the terminal.

You will report to the Head of Operational Technology and collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and vendors to ensure technology investments translate into measurable improvements in reliability, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with container terminal operations or industrial automation.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT integration and quality team across terminal projects.
• Own OT integration strategy aligning ops, infra and enterprise systems.
• Lead testing: test strategy, system integration testing, UAT, and validation.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration, testing, release readiness, and documentation.
